Farmer Constant

Constant is a farmer at our Fondren Farms, along Willowbend at Fondren. He is known for his specialty crops and is a go-to source for some of Houston’s most renown chefs. Constant aspires to own and operate his own farm and farm-to-table cafe. He is originally from Congo-Brazzaville.

You can buy Constant’s produce through our weekly farm share subscription (pick-up at Eastside farmers’ market), at Urban Harvest’s Eastside and City Hall farmers’ markets, and at the Fondren Farms farm stand on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
