Farmer Guy

Guy is a farmer at our Fondren Farms, along Willowbend at Fondren. Guy spent three years farming at our Sharpstown Farm, hosted by St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, moving in summer 2017 to Fondren. Guy trained under a French chef in Gabon after leaving Congo-Brazzaville, and later started and managed a farm-to-table concept also in Gabon. In Houston, Guy farms with PIFF and is also a chef at Quattro in the Four Seasons Houston, where he often provides them with his own produce.

You can buy Guy’s produce through our weekly farm share subscription (pick-up at our Fondren Farms, UST/Montrose Farm, and in The Woodlands) and you can eat it at Quattro!
