Farmer Roy

Roy is a farmer at our St. Thomas University / Montrose farm. His wife, Charlotte, helps him on Saturdays at his farm stand and his daughter, Jasmine, is an honor roll student at her middle school. Roy is multi-lingual and has spent time living and working in several countries, to include Russia. He aspires to one day own his own farm and grow produce, as well as raise chickens for eggs. During a Sugar & Rice interview in 2014, Roy said, “It was my dream to farm here.”

You can buy Roy’s produce through our weekly farm share subscription (pick-up at his UST/Montrose farm) and each Saturday at his popular farm stand (also on his farm) between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
