Steamed Kale with onions and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, washed, stems removed, and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 bunch celery, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and cover. Place in oven and steam until tender.
