Sugar Peas with Mint
Ingredients
- ½ lb sugar peas, *trimmed
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sugar peas, green onion, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry for 4 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the mint leaves.
