Kale Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch kale, torn into pieces (stems removed)
- 2 Tbsp. pine (pignoli) nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, honey and olive oil in measuring cup or small bowl; set aside.
- Place kale in salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing, then toss. Sprinkle with pine nuts and cheese
