Steamed Kale with onions and tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, washed, stems removed, and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ½ cup water
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and cover. Place in oven and steam until tender.
